Senior Application Development Consultant >

Position Description:
As a Senior Application Development consultant, you form the backbone of our consulting pool. You’ll be exposed to a little bit of everything, with a strong focus on systems languages and choosing the right tool for the job. You’ll be leading a team building solutions to solve problems for our clients.

What you'll need:
• 5+ years of experience - Hylaine's a startup, so we need you to be ready to mentor the next generation of top-tier consultants.
• Knowledge of a mainstream object oriented language (C#, Java, Python, etc.) with a willingness to learn more.
• Working knowledge of software development processes, Quality Assurance and ALM tools.
• Working knowledge of how databases interface with what you build - whether relational or non-relational.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with our team and our clients.

Extra Credit:
• Knowledge of the various front end JS frameworks.
• Experience with containerization and microservice architecture.
• Experience with DevOps and infrastructure management.

Senior Business Intelligence Consultant >

Position Description:
As a Senior Business Intelligence consultant, you’ll be working with the data foundation of our clients systems. This role will focus on designing and developing BI solutions and leading teams within ETL work, data modeling, and building new reports and dashboards for our clients.

What you'll need:
• 5+ years of experience.
• Database Development experience with Oracle and working with PL/SQL.
• ETL experience with Informatica (or equivalent tool with the ability to pick up Informatica).
• Ability to build conceptual, logical and physical data models, data flows, and create data management specifications based on client needs.
• Report Development with SAP Business Objects (and/or experience with OBIEE and BI Publisher).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with our team and with our clients.

Client Engagement Manager >

Position Description:
We are expanding operations and looking for a Client Engagement Manager to drive the acquisition of a new business. Our team of Client Engagement Managers work with current and new clients to communicate Hylaine's capabilities and how we can help them solve business problems. The Client Engagement Manager will serve our clients through identifying project solutions, contract management, project implementation, and forecasting upcoming needs.

What you’ll need:
• 3+ years of relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with our team and our clients.
• A passion for IT. You will need to be continuously learning Hylaine's services and capabilities, along with industry issues and trends.

Finance and Accounting Lead- Part time>

Accounting Responsibilities:
• Basic bookkeeping: entering invoices, writing checks, producing client invoices, and preparing deposits.
• Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Accrual / deferral journal entries.
• verify payroll syncs to QuickBooks.
• Produce monthly financial reports.
• Connect with tax accountants, lawyers, and banks as needed.

Finance Responsibilities:
• Own the budgeting process for the organization.
• Drive creation and adoption of metricks, dashboards, and reports to support leadership decision making.
• Developing financial models for various scenarios and provide value-added insight to ensure achievement of targets.
• Commercial insurance renewal.
• Facilitate financing and treasury as needed.

What you’ll need:
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance roles.
